A twice monthly hybrid meeting: a brief online news and discussion followed by an in-person hardware focused group meeting for various projects

About this event

This is the monthly South Austin RISC-V Hackathon, hosted by Coder. This is a hybrid event, the first 30min (approximately) is simulcast on-line and includes a Q&A. The remaining time is spent on an in-person hardware hackathon.

The simulcast is going to go over news and major events in the RISC-V ecosystem.

This month's hardware hackathon is going to be around using RISC-V Microcontrollers and their development environments. We're going to look at some devices from WCH and Espressif this time around. If there is anything in particular you want to see, please reach out!

Even if you don't have any interest in the microcontroller stuff, you're more than welcome to attend. We usually have a lot of great conversations around hardware issues, software issues, and industry issues. We're also happy to help folks get their own hardware up and running, and I bring lots of accessories like mice, keyboard, monitors, and SD cards to help folks out.

Hope to see folks there!
